We need a way to easily print orders that were electronically signed by the provider. This should include the diagnosis codes and reason for the orders.
There needs to be an audit of each order so you can see what happened with the order instead of having to go and do a security audit log. You need to be able to see how it was changed, when it was changed, and by whom.
