weight based dosing to order set

When an order set it being built, need to be able to add a medication with weight based dosing, for both pediatrics and adults, and have the system be able to calculate the dose based on the weight that is in the system.

Formulary Matching > non-matched doses > need alert

When items are not 1:1 in the formulary matching table, and these dose is different during med rec; there is no alert to stop the provider to address the difference. i.e. 500mg vs 1000mg (see attached)
