When exiting a Note and coming back in... the note needs to open where user left off.

Currently, when a unsigned Note is exited then reopened it defaults back to the top and not where the Provider left off. They find it time consuming and more likely to miss a section due to scrolling to get to the place where they left off

repair bug allowing setting of special characters in UBL passwords that cause "Invalid Login"

Only special characters &, @, $, and ^ work in passwords, but the system allows creation with any special character. It should deny any other special characters and inform the user when they're setting their password which characters can be used.

Formulary Matching > non-matched doses > need alert

When items are not 1:1 in the formulary matching table, and these dose is different during med rec; there is no alert to stop the provider to address the difference. i.e. 500mg vs 1000mg (see attached)
