be able to auto enroll within CPSIQ and setup curriculums

To be able to setup a curriculum within CPISQ that contains our content and could be up to 50 courses. We would like to auto enroll these curriculums annually also

Search for Patient By Address or Phone number

Often we have paperwork and we can only read the address or phone number, or a patient will call in and get disconnected. It would be nice to be able to search these fields so that we know what patient we are dealing with.
